POWER Och!Doc Interdisciplinary Studies

Interdisciplinary project (founded by The National Centre for Research and Development and implemented under the 2014-2020 Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme): “The development and application of the bioengineering and IT systems in the prevention, diagnostics and therapies of the civilization diseases – (enhance professional and personal skills/ development of vocational  competence/comprehensive development of the professional qualifications) for the junior scientific staff” Och!DOK

Consortium for the POWER Och!Dok project consists of:

  • Institute of Fundamental Technological Research PAS- project partner (coordinator  Prof. Tomasz Szolc)

The project  (wit budged 6 052 291 zl)  gives un combines the disciplines: Medical sciences, Biocybernetics and Biomedical  engineering, mechanics, Electronics, Informatics and Materials Engineering .  The main goal of the POWER Och!DOK project is to increase the quality and effectiveness of PhD education. The tasks carried out as part of the proposed interdisciplinary doctoral study will provide unique opportunities for the doctoral students to acquire in-depth knowledge that goes much beyond their disciplines, owing to the cooperation of partner institutes.

The 25 PH.D students affiliated to Mossakowski Medical research Centre are enrolled into the  Och!DOK project.
